Working Principles of Ganic Fertilizer Equipment Manufacturers

Working Principle:
The disc granulator features an inclined rotating disc (adjustable angle: 35°-55°). Raw materials (powder or wet mix) are fed into the disc, where centrifugal force and gravity cause them to roll and adhere into spherical granules. Water or binder can be sprayed to improve granulation. Finished granules discharge automatically when reaching the desired size (2-10mm).
