Hanghui V-type mixer, also known as a V-cone blender or twin-shell blender, is a widely used industrial machine for dry powder and granular mixing. It consists of two cylindrical shells welded together at a 75° to 90° angle, forming a "V" shape. The entire assembly rotates on a horizontal axis, tumbling the materials inside. Its primary application is in industries where product uniformity, purity, and particle integrity are critical, such as pharmaceuticals, food, and specialty chemicals.

The mixing action of the V tpe Mixer is gentle and relies on diffusion and convection:

Rotation: As the V-shell rotates, the material is split into the two arms of the "V".
Division and Combination: At each rotation, the powder is repeatedly divided at the junction of the V and then recombined. This repeated splitting and merging creates a highly efficient and homogeneous blend.
