A complete chicken powder production line is a multi-stage system designed to transform raw chicken into a fine, flavorful powder. It typically integrates processes like raw material handling, enzymatic hydrolysis, concentration, drying, and final packaging .

A complete production line can be broadly divided into three main phases: liquid/semi-solid processing, drying and granulation, and finishing. 

Stage 1: Wet-End Processing (Liquid & Semi-solid Phase)

This initial stage is where the raw chicken is broken down, cooked, and transformed into a concentrated, flavorful liquid or paste, often called "chicken paste" or chicken soup.

Stage 2: Drying & Granulation Phase

This stage turns the concentrated liquid (chicken paste) into a dry, stable powder. The choice of technology here significantly impacts the final product's quality.

Spray Drying: The most common method for pure chicken powder. The chicken concentrate is atomized into a fine mist in a hot air chamber, instantly drying into fine particles .
Granulation & Drying: Often used for chicken essence (which includes salt, sugar, and MSG) or to create larger, more soluble powder particles. This can involve:

Mixer & Granulator: To mix the concentrate with dry powders (like maltodextrin) and form granules .
Fluidized Bed Dryer/Cooler: To dry, cool, and sometimes polish the granules for a uniform appearance and stability. Advanced systems use multi-stage drying with controlled temperatures and airflows to protect product quality.

Stage 3: Finishing & Packaging Phase

The final steps ensure the product is uniform, safe, and ready for the market.
