The equipment adopts a vertical closed tank structure, which occupies a small area for installation and reduces the requirement for installation area. The whole equipment structure is divided into three parts, the lower base part is distributed with hydraulic station, scroll pump, oil cylinder, heating system and stirring shaft; the middle part is double-layer heat insulation tank, equipment automatic control system, export device, etc. The inner wall of tank is lined with 304 stainless steel plate, which effectively prolongs the life of tank and reduces the residue of corrugated clinker. Thermal insulation layer filled with polyurethane foaming agent (can adjust thickness according to using area). The outer wall of the tank is supported by a thick steel plate, and the upper part is composed of a windshield, a detection platform and an exhaust facility. The auxiliary equipment includes automatic dump hoist, waste gas filtration deodorization system and heat exchange system. Heat exchange device can improve energy utilization, fermentation effect is excellent, energy saving and consumption reduction.
